Deed Restricted Community

Lazy Days is a deed restricted community. Owners may rent their property for a maximum of 6 months in any 12 month period and all rentals must be a minimum of 1 month long. Renters must pass a nationwide background check and agree to abide by the community Rules and Regulations. 2 pet limit maximium weight 25lbs. Properly documented service animals accepted.
